hi! we are looking for some peps to take over our lease at our thorndon flat as we want to get overseas! its a lovely 3 bedroom 1 bathroom place easy walk to the city -10 min to beehive and 15 minute walk to lamton quay. its an older villa style house which means the bedrooms are huge and has ample storage modern kitchen. underfloor gas heating system that keeps the place really warm! lease is required until early march but if you want to sign on for a year or more is cool
